Welcome to Camelot. Our website is still a work in progress. Dog pictures need to be added, as do accomplishments. Life has been crazy since 2015, battling lung cancer, getting a divorce and basically starting over and pressing the reboot button more than once. Between work, rescue and trying to get the new charity up and running, it’s been hectic to say the least.
Summer, 2021, Gamora has delivered a beautiful singleton on July 1st by the phenomenal Jaques Vom Butjadingerland. Camelot’s Million Dollar Baby (Maggie) will stay within Camelot and is not available.
Obi has sired 3 litters in Australia. If in OZ and interested in an Obi breeding, please contact Yvette Girling, she has 3 breedings in storage in OZ.
2021 – Obi and his son Cyd recently finished filming season one of the new Disney TV series staring Josh Peck, “Turner and Hooch”. If we can get Obi back into the states, he will head to Westminster and/or DDBSA Nationals to finish his show career and then will come home to me to retire.
2020 – Continuing the dream and making Camelot extremely proud, Obi won Best of Breed at Westminster Kennel Club and started a new adventure on film! With limited showing (3 shows), Obi finishes the year at #15 breed and #6 Owner Handled, won DDBSA Ambassador award and number 1 in Canada for the third year in a row and the most winning ddb in CKC history! I am so very proud of all Kim Lellig has done for him!
2019 – Dreams do come true! Every breeder dreams of winning top honors for dogs they have bred! Obi is this dog for me, he did extremely well this year with not only winning BISS at the Canadian National Specialty Show (for the second time!), he also won BISS at the 2019 DDBSA National Specialty Show and was an Award of Merit at Westminster and Select at the National Show in Orlando! Also, more group placements and wins! Obi finished the year #1 Owner Handled DDB in the nation for the second year in a row and finishes #3 in Breed and finishes #1 in Canada for the second year in a row.
2018 – Obi continues to rock the show world! My boy, a dog I bred and now Co-own, wins the 2018 Canadian National Specialty Show and took BOB at The National Show in Orlando! Thrilled beyond words and so happy he is doing so well for my dear friend Kim with Brazen. Obi finishes the year #4 Breed and #1 Owner Handled and #1 in Canada!
